Are your suits stitched or unstitched?

Most of our range is stitched and ready to wear. Where a design is unstitched, it is stated clearly on the product page.

How do I choose the right size?

Please check our Size Guide before ordering. If you are between two sizes, we generally recommend the larger one for a comfortable fit.

Will the colour match the photographs?

We photograph our pieces in natural light and edit as little as possible. That said, screens vary, so slight differences in shade are normal. Hand-embroidered detail also varies naturally from piece to piece.

How long will my order take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery is typically 2–4 business days to major cities and 3–6 business days elsewhere in Pakistan.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Available payment methods, including any cash-on-delivery option, are shown at checkout.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn with tags attached. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What now?

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number, and we will put it right.

How should I care for my suit?

For embroidered lawn and khaddar, we recommend a cold gentle wash or dry cleaning, washing dark colours separately for the first few washes, and drying in shade to protect the colour. Iron on the reverse of embroidered panels.

Do you ship outside Pakistan?

Currently we deliver within Pakistan only. Email us if you would like to be notified when this changes.
