Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible

• The item must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• You must provide your order number as proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items

• Items marked Sale or Clearance.
• Unstitched fabric that has been cut, stitched or altered.
• Items damaged through wear, washing or improper care.

How to request a return

Email bilal8905200@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the item. We will confirm your request and send return instructions.

Return shipping

If an item is faulty, incorrect or damaged on arrival, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns and size exchanges, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can put it right quickly.
