Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery times

• Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan): 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Other cities and towns: 3–6 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates. Delivery may take longer during sale periods, Eid season, or because of courier and weather disruptions.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Any promotional free-shipping threshold will be shown in your cart.

Order tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched you will receive your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect addresses and failed delivery

Please check your address and phone number carefully before placing your order. If a parcel returns to us because the address was incorrect or the courier could not reach you, re-delivery charges may apply.
